FMCG Football II

DUPLAYS second edition of the FMCG Football Cup start in Feb 2012. This will be an 8 week league. This league is only open to company's in the fast moving consumer goods sector.

Last year the participating teams were: Dubai Refreshments (Champions!), Aujan, Nestle, Pepsi, Transmed & Saudi Snacks.

Make sure your company is represented, spread the word, get your colleagues together, contact your HR and enter your team.

General Rules

• ONLY employees of each participating company team can enter this league - all players will be asked to present proof i.e employee code/I.D, visa copy etc
• When creating your team make sure the company's name is mentioned e.g. Gillette Knights
• Individuals CANNOT sign up for this tournament only official teams can be entered
• Team fee is AED 3500 - no limit on no. of players per team
• All players MUST sign up online to the team after the captain has entered the team
• Teams will have to manage their own kits

Format:

• Outdoor 7 aside football
• All games on Tuesdays from 8.00pm-11.00pm
• Each team plays 2 matches each week
• 3 points for a win, 1 for a draw, 0 for a loss

Prizes:

• Trophies for all participating teams. Prizes & Medals for first 3 teams.
• Golden Boot award for the most prolific scorer

Bonus:

• Winning team gets mentioned on the DUPLAYS website accessed by over 18,000+ members
• All teams are allowed to bring spectators
