DUPLAYS organises sports leagues for adults of all skill levels, if you would like to play a sport that you love with other people in a social environment you’ve come to the right place!
This is the DUPLAYS Softball league with a new 10 week format. Please check the Rules tab (above) page for details on format, timings, days, etc

Individual – if you don’t have a team please select Place me in a team. If you’re on a team already, select your team from the list
Team – we allow corporate as well as private teams. Note: all players must sign up online as part of security protocol
Fee – participants are required to pay the individual or team fee at the beginning of the season. The advertised fee is for the whole season. The fee can be paid online or at the DUPLAYS office, #1401, Indigo Icon Tower, JLT.
Payment Types:
Early Bird Discount: 324 AED (Individual) OR 3240 AED (Team) till Msrch 15th 2012
Full fee - 360 Aed (Individual) OR 3600 Aed (Team) from March 16th 2012
Annual Membership - This is for our regular teams; pre-pay for 3 seasons and get 1 season entry FREE. Play all year round. Teams pay 10,500 AED (save 3,900 AED).

- Teams play once a week, 1 game, 55mins long or 7 innings(whichever comes first)
- Days: Wednesday (all skill levels)
- Duration: 10 week season
- Timing: 7:00pm - 11:00pm, if a scheduled game does not start 10mins after stated kick off time, the team causing the delay will forfeit the match
- Umpire: Each team must provide one umpire each week for the game before or after his/her game
- Each batter goes to bat with one ball and one strike
- With 2 strikes against the batter, the batter is allowed one free foul ball without penalty
- The next foul ball will be an out (strike three)
- Fee: There is no other fee besides league fee for individuals/teams that's advertised
- A full team consists of 10 players
- Forfeit: Minimum 7 players from original team on the court to avoid forfeit, teams are allowed to borrow players ONLY with the consent of the other captain and administrator
- Surface: Grass, ONLY shallow turf and normal running shoes are allowed. NO cleats, studs and blades are acceptable
- Fighting/Serious Offence: 2 match ban for the players indicated by the referees, a repeat and the players will be disqualified
- No Smoking anywhere in the school premises, teams will be disqualified if they don't respect this rule
- Clear your garbage when you leave the field
